Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

Other Locations: 4–8 business days

Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.

A standard shipping fee will apply to orders below ₹999 and will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Elvora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Currently, Elvora ships only within India.
